Every seafood lover should grab flights to Orlando to try out Cousin’s Maine Lobster! Featured on Shark Tank in 2012, this truck continues to amaze with mouth-watering-award-winning Lobster Rolls. Choose from a Maine Roll with chilled lobster served on a toasted Country Kitchen bun with a hint of mayo and lemon, or the Connecticut Roll with warm lobster topped with warm lemon butter! A few other options include Lobster or Shrimp Tacos, Lobster Quesadilla, Lobster Grilled Cheese, New England Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque and of course Wicked Whoopie Pies! This particular food truck is literally Central Florida’s only sushi food truck, which means that anyone who craves good Japanese food on the go will want to find out where this truck is parked and make a beeline for it. Numerous customers note that the food is better than that offered by most Japanese bricks-and-mortar restaurants, and the truck also gets high marks for using only top-quality ingredients for its dishes.

900 Degreez Pizza

You will see this truck coming from miles away because it’s made from an overhauled 35-foot container truck. The sides have been replaced with glass panels so you can see staff members cooking pizza over an old-fashioned Italian wood-style oven. The artisan pizzas take literally less than 2 minutes to cook and get high marks for being extremely tasty. Kids and adults alike are sure to love this truck, which also offers friendly service and side dishes such as garlic knots! 900 Degreez Pizza is extremely popular, so don’t be surprised if you have to wait in line a bit. The food is more than worth the time spent.

The Pastrami Project

The Pastrami Project offers gourmet food on the go. It’s a traditional New York-style delicatessen that serves pastrami, corned beef, smoked turkey sandwiches and a host of other dishes. All orders are made in small batches and hand-cut in front of the buyer so you can be sure you’re getting fresh ingredients no matter what dish you order. As an added bonus, the truck also offers some delicious pastries, including the must-have Old World-style cheesecake.

Ice Cream Social Club

Ice Cream Social Club is an amazing ice cream truck that is run by professional chef Ralph Rendsland. He has a passion for creating top-of-the-line homemade ice cream, and it shows in the unforgettable results.
