The Field Museum of Natural History

The Field Museum of Natural History campus is located North of Soldier Field. It contains a variable plethora of ancient objects, dinosaur displays, and one-of-a-kind collections. Originally established after the 1893 World Columbia Exposition, the museum is dedicated to wonders of nature, diversity, and cultural awareness.

Museum of Science and Industry

Situated on the South Side of Chicago, this expansive museum has only been in operation since 1993. The Museum of Science and Industry wishes to inspire visitors with how science, industry, and technology directly touch their lives. Exhibits feature everything from an actual German WWII submarine to a functional coal mine elevator. Travelers of all ages who enjoy “hands on” displays will especially appreciate time spent here.

The Shedd Aquarium

National Museum of Mexican Art

Devoted to the preservation of Mexican art and culture, the museum is home to thousands of items of historical significance. Visitors also have a chance to observe collections rarely seen outside their native country.
