Turkish Airlines Adds Nonstop Flights from LAX & DC to Istanbul CheapOair Staff July 22, 2010 general Turkish Airlines launches new nonstop routes from U.S. Turkish Airlines announced this week that it will be adding nonstop service from both Los Angeles and Washington D.C. to Istanbul. Service between Istanbul and Washington D.C. will begin November 7, 2010, while the Los Angeles route will launch March 3, 2011. Passengers will be able to board a Turkish Airlines flight five days a week from Washington D.C.’s Dulless International Airport and four days a week from Los Angeles International Airport. Along with Los Angeles and Washington D.C., Turkish Airlines also flies out of North American cities New York, Chicago and Toronto.
