Senate Votes Misuse of Scanner Images is a Felony

The Senate has officially voted and decreed the misuse of TSA body-scanner images to be a felony by a vote of 98-0.

If anyone is caught copying them, collecting them or distributing them in any way, those in question would face a year in prison and $100,000 fine. However, it isn’t an official law yet.
