SeaWorld will unveil a new killer whale show at three parks this spring

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment announced Thursday that it will be unveiling 10 new attractions at parks across the nation this spring.

Headlining the attractions is a new killer whale show that will be launched at SeaWorld parks in three cities: Orlando, San Diego, and San Antonio.

The innovative show will have an environmental theme with an emphasis on educating guests about the lives of wild orca whales.

Discovery Cove, a separate park in Orlando, will showcase a truly interactive display, a swim-through artificial reef dubbed “The Grand Reef”.

The attraction will allow visitors to swim and snorkel with marine life much like divers do at genuine reef sites around the world.

For thrill seekers, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will feature a brand new roller coaster called Cheetah Hunt, which will launch riders from 0 to 60 mph multiple times in one ride.

A new viewing area will also allow visitors to admire the speed of real-life cheetahs as they participate in daily workout sessions.
