Move over British Airways; Virgin Atlantic Facing a Strike of Their Own CheapOair Staff August 23, 2010 general As the ongoing saga between British Airways and their cabin crew members heads into its 19th month, now comes news Virgin Atlantic might see strikes of their own. Hundreds of Virgin pilots are expected to vote on a walk out as soon as this week if a new deal is not agreed upon between the carrier and the pilots union. A meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday between Virgin Atlantic and the British Airline Pilots' Association (Balpa) to work on a new contract.
