Lufthansa Orders Airbus Single-aisle Jets CheapOair Staff July 27, 2011 general No Word on Delivery Date Airbus is reporting an order from the German airline, Lufthansa, for 30 of its A320neo single-aisle aircraft. The jets come equipped with fuel engines that will reduce consumptions by 15 percent. The single-aisle jet has reached an estimated 1,200 in orders from airlines since marketing began for it in December of last year. Date of delivery was not disclosed in the CTV report.
