The announcement comes on the heels of a United Nations vote which approved the international body to take “all necessary measures” short of invasion to protect Libyan civilians. Following the vote, Great Britain, France, and the United States are now planning a no-fly zone over Libya to prevent Gaddafi from carrying out air strikes on his people. Source: BTN
