Want to stay ahead of the curve and on top of the latest London trends? A new website aims to make finding out about what's up and coming before it's already come and gone a lot easier to do.

JustOpenedLondon.com launched back in the early spring as part of the equally fledgling Just Opened Network, a global network of sites dedicated to celebrating and sharing everything “just opened.” But for the time being, the main focus appears to be on London.

Based on a simple premise, to “showcase the best of London's newly opened offerings across the lifestyle spectrum” the site provides listings about the latest bars, restaurants, hotels and fashion retail launches as well as details about upcoming cultural events and new properties in and around town. A simple premise perhaps, but it's still no mean feat. With some of the most dynamic nightlife in the world, a competitive dining scene catering to palates that are fickle and diverse, and a seemingly unending supply of great hotels, shops and amazing events, keeping track of it all takes more than a little effort.

The launch of the Just Opened Network is an exciting one for the urban information hungry people amongst us. Living in these exciting cities we see a plethora of brilliant new openings, it's just the staying on top of them all that proves a challenge. A key component of Just Opened London is its “coming soon” calendar. Just click on a date to learn more about what's happening then. Site visitors can also sign up for automatic email reminders to be sent a day before an opening. There's an e-newsletter as well. Signing up for it brings benefits such as exclusive offerings at featured venues.
