JetBlue Adds Direct Flights Between Alaska and Long Beach for Summer CheapOair Staff May 23, 2011 general JetBlue Connecting Alaska to the 'Lower 48' JetBlue Airways announced Monday that they’ll be making direct flights between Long Beach, California and Anchorage, Alaska. The service goes in to effect from June 6th through June 29th. The new route marks JetBlue as the only airline to offer service to Alaska from southern Los Angeles.
