Intercontinental Hotels will open a new property in Panama City

Intercontinental Hotels Group is brining a new Holiday Inn Express to Panama City, Panama. The new 12-story hotel, which will feature 198 guestrooms, is set to open in July 2012.

The hotel will be owned and managed by Latin American Hospitality Management Inc. under a licensing agreement with Intercontinental.

The property will mark Intercontinental’s 24th in Central America. Under the same franchising agreement, the hotel group has already opened hotels in Costa Rica and El Salvador.
