According to the New York Times report, he deliberately ignored the newspaper at his hotel room doorstep for several days until he noticed tiny verbiage on a pouch that held his key card. The pouch indicated he would be charged for the newspaper unless he didn’t ask for one on purpose. The complaint was issued in federal court last week in San Francisco. Hilton has not issued a response to the suit.
