Frontier Airlines Adds Costa Rica Flights CheapOair Staff August 30, 2010 general Frontier Airlines will soon start offering seasonal service to Costa Rica. Beginning February 13, the low-cost carrier will provide nonstop flights from its hub at Denver International Airport to Liberia, Costa Rica. About four hours away from Costa Rica’s capital city of San Jose, Liberia is the starting point for West Coast beach resorts. Frontier already offers flights to San Jose.
