Some of the attractions British Airways advised visitors to check out when in the Tampa area include the Latin Quarter, Ybor City and Busch Gardens, which will debut a new "high speed mega attraction" called Cheetah Hunt around the same time BA starts servicing the city.

Tampa is also an easy car ride to nearby Orlando, which offers such popular tourist spots like Disney World and Universal Studios.
