Today American Airlines announced a new customer service package that will allow travelers additional options when traveling on American Airlines. “Your Choice(SM) services, provides key services intended to create a personalized, more convenient, experience for the traveler.

As part of the initial Your Choice offering, the airline is introducing a “Boarding and Flexibility Package.” More services will be offered in the future. Customers have the option of purchasing the package for travel within the continental United States when they buy tickets at AA’s website.

The packages places you in Group 1 of general boarding, provides a $75 flight change discount, allows standing by for an earlier flight at no charge, and more.
