Boeing 787 Dreamliner Debut Delayed Until 2011 CheapOair Staff July 16, 2010 general Boeing delays Dreamliner debut yet again More delays with the delivery of the much talked about Boeing 787 Dreamliner as the company's latest projected release date is now early 2011 according to programs general manager Scott Fancher. The company has been making All Nippon Airways, Boeing's first customer of the wide-body jumbo plane, wait over two years for their order. The Dreamliner took to the sky earlier this year and the company stated back on July 1 that is was just about done with all the configurations with the aircraft. However many aviation experts felt the company was getting ahead of themselves and that ANA would have to wait until next year to receive the planes, even though Boeing promised to deliver them by the end of 2010.
