Frontier Airlines Will Continue Aspen Service CheapOair Staff August 18, 2010 general Frontier Airlines announced Tuesday that it will now continue their Aspen service. This comes just one month after the carrier said it was going to end flights to and from the ritzy ski town on September 30. Frontier will provide one flight per day between October 1 and November 17, two flights per day between November 18 and December 15 and four flights per day between December 16 and April 2011. Commenting on the change of mind, Daniel Shurz, VP of strategy and planning said: "Frontier is very pleased to be able to continue to serve the Aspen area. The versatility of the Q400 aircraft makes it an ideal and cost-effective aircraft to fly into Aspen and, with this continuing schedule, we will be able to offer travelers to Aspen a low-cost, high-quality experience for their fall and winter travel."
