Under the agreement the Sin City resort would be part of the Autograph Collection, which is a group of independent luxury hotels Marriott debuted in 2009. What's more, the Cosmopolitan will have access to one of the world's largest hotel chains customer database. Loyal Marriott customers can even earn rewards points for the first time in Las Vegas when staying at the 3,000-room property. John Unwin, Cosmopolitan's chief executive commented on the new partnership by stating: "This platform enables us to build an iconic luxury brand at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip while simultaneously leveraging the seventh largest retail website in the world."
