There are no planes departing and no planes arriving at LaGuardia Airport in New York. Most passengers were able to receive advance notice but some travelers still arrived at LaGuardia Airport in New York in hopes of getting on a flight. According to the report by CNN, LaGuardia Airport is hoping to be up and running by mid-day today and at a full schedule by Tuesday, Dec. 28th. Source: CNN
