Qantas Airways announced Tuesday it will resume Airbus A380 flights between Australia and Los Angeles on January 16.  The decision follows "extensive consultation" with the make of the A380 engines, Rolls Royce. Qantas was forced to ground A380 flights in November after an engine malfunctioned in mid-flight.
