Four-letter words could get you booted from your flight

A New York man who was kicked off of an Atlantic Southeast Airlines flight for using foul language says he may now sue the airline over the incident.

Robert Sayegh, a children’s book author from Brooklyn, was escorted off of his flight at Detroit Metro Airport on Sunday after he expressed verbal frustration over the amount of time it took for the overhead luggage bins to close.

Sayegh admitted to using the F-word twice but said his epithet was not directed at anyone in particular and was in no way meant to be threatening.

Sayegh said he was told that he was removed for “disruptive” behavior. Police questioned him at the airport but did not file an official report. He was later accommodated on a separate flight.
