Detroit Metro Airport

Detroit Metro Airport has partnered with DTE Energy to install four plug-in electric vehicle charging stations.

All of the charging stations will be located in the two main parking decks of the Detroit airport. Two of them will be on the eighth floor of the McNamara Terminal, while the other two will be located on the fourth floor of the Big Blue Deck adjacent to the North Terminal.

The four will be a part of 16 total charging stations spread throughout Southeastern Michigan. It’s been put into effect to help speed up the progress to electric vehicles.
