A Las Vegas flight dealt with difficultly Tuesday, the passengers of Southwest Airlines flight 2408 were delayed departure when a flight attendant found firecrackers stuffed beneath a seat.

Passengers were immediately deplaned while TSA investigated the incident by inspecting the plane and re-scanning luggage.

The plan touched down safely in Kansas City, M.O., only one hour behind schedule, said Ashley Dillon, a Southwest spokesperson.

Though no one has claimed the plastic bag full of firecrackers, TSA is still examining how the culprit evaded security and brought the prohibited pyrotechnics onto the aircraft.
