One Last Bite

It’s been terrorizing tourists with flights to Orlando for over 21 years but sadly the Jaws ride is going to be put down.

On January 2nd, the ride at Universal Studios Florida will officially be shut down.

The Jaws ride has taken a back seat thanks to the Harry Potter attractions.

The move was announced Friday. Word on what will replace the ride wasn’t disclosed.

Tom Schroder, spokesperson for Universal, said in the MSNBC report that the Jaws ride was an “amazing attraction.” But it’s time for a change according to Schroder.

“We always have to look to the future and dedicate ourselves to providing new innovative entertainment experiences.
