The couple was rewarded handsomely for sharing the spotlight with New York City on their special day. The two were showered with gifts ranging from gift cards to event tickets; a haul valued somewhere in the neighborhood of $25,000. According to the New York Times, city officials chose to honor a British family with the symbolic title because the U.K. served as the single greatest source of visitors arriving on flights to New York City this year.
