A short time ago, we gave you 10 Reasons to Book a Flight to Las Vegas. Get ready to add one more. Foodies arriving on flights to Las Vegas won’t have to wait until summer to score awesome deals at some of the Strip’s hottest restaurants in 2012.

For the first time, Sin City will offer a spring version of its popular Restaurant Week celebration this year. From February 27 through March 4, diners can enjoy pre-fixe menus at restaurants like Aureole at Mandalay Bay, Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons, and the Steak House at Circus Circus. According to the Los Angeles Times, more restaurants are expected to be added shortly.

Las Vegas isn’t the only big city offering up foodie finds this season. New York City is celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Restaurant Week beginning today.
