A Baby Morelet’s Crocodile

Two baby crocodiles and a chameleon were found Monday at Mexico City’s Benito Juarez International Airport.
The reptiles, considered to be endangered by the Public Safety Secretariat, were discovered inside crates while agents were doing a routine baggage check. The crocs are Mexican crocodiles, otherwise known as Morelet’s crocodiles.
Everything was turned over to the environmental protection agency.
