It is also the World’s First Indoor Rodeo; with rich history yet modern amenities like heating, air conditioning and superb lighting and sound. To accompany the fantastic show is a great offer for large groups to enjoy a free catered BBQ Texas style dinner.

Gilley’s Dallas: Technically, Gilley’s is a multifunctional space that does not feature bull riding shows. It is home to great food, drinks and live music. This is a budget friendly place with affordable meals under $10. It is also the location where Urban Cowboy with John Travolta was filmed. And of course, if you feel compelled to, you can ride the mechanical bull, but hopefully before dinner and drinks.

Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo: For anyone with flights to Dallas within the next few months, pay attention to one of the most legendary shows in Texas. Dating around January to early February is the Forth Worth Stock Show and Rodeo featuring a massive schedule of events. Mesquite Pro Rodeo: With its close proximity to Dallas, you might consider heading a bit east to the Mesquite Pro Rodeo, which claims to be more than a rodeo. In its all American spirit, these Texans throw one fun filled show. When the action starts, you’ll see not only bull riding, but saddle bronco, bareback, even cowgirl riding. You can even rent the club space for a private event for your company or large party. Who would have thought you could have a Texas style wedding right in a rodeo?
