The Big Apple holiday tradition is back as NBC prepares to light up their Rockefeller Center Christmas tree.

But before they can flip the switch, the network will air Christmas in Rockefeller Center on Tuesday November 30 at 8pm ET/PT.

Some of the performers announced for the wildly popular event include Mariah Carey, Jessica Simpson, Kylie Minogue, Sheryl Crow, Josh Groban and Susan Boyle.

The musicians announced will be singing their current hits as well as holiday classics as the enormous tree gets lit in New York's Rockefeller Center.

The Today Show's Al Roker and Natalie Morales will host the lighting of the tree, which has been put up in New York City every year since 1931.
