Free Wi-Fi Arrives Early at San Francisco Airport CheapOair Staff August 17, 2010 general If you're like me then you believe Wi-Fi should be free at all airports (and hotels too for that matter). So it was great to hear that a major airport like San Francisco International Airport (SFO) agreed to install free wireless internet for all customers this fall. Well the good news got even better for SFO visitors because the airport flipped the switch early last Friday and now offers free Wi-Fi for your laptop and mobile device. To access free Wi-Fi when traveling through the airport just choose "SFO free wifi" among the networks provided. With SFO's news, that means all three main Bay Area airports now offer free wireless internet to customers. Something many believe is long overdue in such a tech friendly section of the United States. Source: times click here
