Unrest Causes U.S. to Worry

U.S. government officials decided to renew their travel warning on the Philippines Tuesday.


The government is warning of potential terrorist attacks in the southern regions of the nation, such as Sulu Archipelago, island of Mindanao and even Manila.


Philippines government responded to the travel warnings by stating that they don’t elaborate on the improving conditions.


Threat level currently stands at moderate, while in Mindanao it is said to be high.


According to the report by International Business Times, there is a travel warning issued every six months on the Philippines.
