After months of crunching the numbers, Budget Travel has released its annual list of the 10 Most Budget Friendly Destinations.

The list features a few surprising new-comers like Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, which recently converted to the Euro and is fast becoming a hot vacation spot for European travelers.

Other picks, like Jamaica and Dublin, have been extremely popular for years but will be more affordable than ever in 2011.

On the US front, the Gulf Coast makes the cut after the BP oil disaster forced tourism officials to slash prices across the board.

Houston also makes the list as one of the fastest-growing yet consumer-friendly cities in America.
