Aer Lingus Sees Profits in 2010

Irish Airline Flies High with Profitable 2010

Aer Lingus announced a profitable year Monday, recording a $64 million net profit in 2010.
Despite the financial gains, Aer Lingus’ chief execute, Christoph Mueller, sees a challenging 2011 ahead.
He was quoted in the report by Associated Press saying he thinks fuel price inflation, increased airport charges, and difficult conditions in their home market will affect their year.
A breakdown of 2010 showed a one percent increase in revenue, simultaneously experiencing a decrease of 10 percent in passengers.
