Albert Pujols

Though he’s currently a free agent and may not even return to the St. Louis Cardinals next season, slugger, Albert Pujols, had his statue unveiled Wednesday outside his restaurant, Pujols 5 Grill.

Located in the suburban St. Louis area, the 1,100 pound statue was provided thanks to anonymous donation (Cardinals management maybe?) made two years ago.

It was created by Harry Weber, the same guy who worked on the Cardinals Hall of Famers outside Busch Stadium, the team’s home ballpark.

It should make the list of things to do for all baseball lovers with flights to St. Louis.
