If you want know the wait time on a ride, or find the nearest place to eat at Disney World, there is an app for it now.

MSNBC reported that there is an app that tells you accurate wait times for rides inside the two Universal Orlando parks (called "Universal Wait Times").  There are also apps that provide park maps; some will even show you your exact location.

There are other apps designed to  inform you of park times and to locate restaurants by cost and specific kind of food.

Disney will be releasing a "Disney Mobile Magic” app for Verizon and it’s designed to fill you in on character appearances, attractions, and more. It costs $1.99.
