Intrusive Searches From TSA Agents Could Soon Be Illegal in Texas Airports CheapOair Staff June 22, 2011 general A TSA Search in Progress Governor Rick Perry is currently pushing a bill that prohibits intrusive searches from Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents at Texas airports. The bill was announced Monday and Tuesday the TSA implied it will use legal methods if the bill does get passed. The bill’s focal point is the expansion of the “official oppression” legal definition.
