You snooze and you do not always lose, that is if you work for the Transportation Security Administration agent at New York's LaGuardia Airport.

Bucky Turco of Brooklyn has been reassigned to desk duty after a traveler photographed her sleeping on the job while in uniform last Sunday.

The link was emailed to TSA officials, who then contacted Turco about this obviously embarrassing incident that made our "TSA Fail" story of the week.

The agent in question has since stated that she was on a break, and while the TSA said agents have very demanding gigs, they should use the break room to catch some zzz's and not to do it in public.

Oh TSA, how you never seem to disappoint.
