Known as Hamilton House, today the building houses one of the two museums of the island. On the first floor is situated the Museum of Nevis History and the second floor of the building is used as the meeting room for the Nevis House of Assembly. Initially constructed in the year 1680, the Hamilton House was reconstructed in the year 1983. Since it lies on the beautiful Charlestown Harbor, the building turns out to a treasure of the island where anyone would love to spend an afternoon.
