Legoland California
Legoland California is an iconic theme park located in Carlsbad. It is based on the Danish toy brand major, Lego and is the first branded theme park built outside Europe. It contains many exhibits, none more famous than the Explorer Island that contains themes of dinosaurs has a large sand area where children may dig for pre-concealed ‘fossils.’

Independence National Historical Park

Liberty Bell
The Liberty Bell is an iconic symbol of American independence. It was commissioned in 1752 and contained the inscription ‘Proclaim LIBERTY Throughout all the Land unto all the Inhabitants Thereof’, which owes a Biblical reference from the Book of Leviticus. The Liberty Bell is owned by the City of Philadelphia, which had sent the bell on expositions and patriotic gatherings from 1885 to 1915.
