Turkish Airlines is the national airline of Turkey and flies to more than 200 destinations worldwide. A member of the Star Alliance, Turkish was named by Skytrax as Best Airline Europe in 2011 and 2012, and has also won the Best Premium Economy Seats for its Comfort Class seats and Best Airline Southern Europe awards in 2011 and 2012. Turkish Airlines was awarded with the Best Food, Economy-Class title by Skytrax in 2010 and The Best On-board Food by Skyscanner in 2011. With its hub at Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul, Turkish Airlines flies to more than 90 countries and more than 215 destinations all around the world. In the United States, Turkish Airlines flies non-stop to Istanbul from 4 gateways: Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Washington D.C. Houston will be launched on April 1st , 2013. Beginning on May 12, 2014, Turkish Airlines will offer service between Boston's Logan International Airport and Istanbul's Atatürk Airport five days a week. On June 9, 2014, that service will be extended to seven days a week.

Turkish Airlines is a leader in in-flight comfort and innovation, having recently launched high-speed Wi-Fi broadband Internet access on most of its Trans-Atlantic Boeing 777 flights out of New York and Los Angeles. The airline's entertainment section on personal screens includes classic, feature, international and children's films, as well as television channels, music options and audio books. Communications features allow passengers to send and receive text messages and emails to stay connected throughout the flight. Wide seats offer all passengers more space during the flight, and a comfortable place to enjoy their award-winning delicious in-flight meals, light snacks and a variety of beverages.
