"Kudos to the flight crew for making a lot of difference in the art of flawless and noiseless landing. On check-in online can be improved by informing passengers of seat number assignment first before asking them to opt for a new seat location. Ensuring seniors' access to the aisles and wheelchairs should be continued as a priority. Food and drink quality is above average. Cabin and crew services, entertainment, baggage delivery, and value are above average.
