Headquartered at the Harare International Airport Harare, Zimbabwe, Air Zimbabwe (UM) serves as the national airline of Zimbabwe. With a fleet size of 10 aircrafts, the airline offers scheduled passenger services in southern Africa, Asia and to Europe. The airline was founded in 1967 as Air Rhodesia and became Air Zimbabwe in April 1980. The airline ceased all its operations in 2012 due to financial difficulties and resumed its services on domestic routes and regional service to Johannesburg from April 2013.
