I like to travel and I need to fly quite frequently. I've started to use Cheapoair to book my tickets as it seems to cover more airlines than other on-line sites. At times, Cheapoair fares may charge more than the competitors. Today, I was happy to find that Cheapoair also matches fares. I was helped by Van with my booking. He is not only polite but patient, this quality is hard to come by these days. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Hello...First, this is my very first time using CheapO...I would like to inform you of my high satisfaction with your company. I booked a trip on Saturday that unfortunately, I've had to change due to changes on the other end. I phoned your service department and fortunately, landed Atherton, your representative.

Atherton was patient, polite and extremely helpful in a foggy situation, as I didn't know for sure that I was going to be changing the date, and destination of the flight. All was up in the air and he offered to keep another itinerary on hold for me and would email and phone me back in two hours. He kept his word, to the tee and we worked out my new travel arrangements. I am elated with the superior customer service offered by Atherton, on behalf of your company.

Certainly, I will be using CheapO in the future and hoping to work with Atherton, again.

I just had the pleasure of working with Andrew to book my last minute flight from SFO to Dallas/Fort Worth. I absolutely hate waiting until the last minute, but this is how my life works:-). Britany in Las Vegas was wonderful. I have spent the last 23 years in customer service in communications.

Britany was so nice. We had a death in the family, so I am a bit shook up and needed to get my oldest son from San Diego California to Kansas for the funeral.

This involved numerous calls to get information I was not aware I needed. Britany even attempted to call my son for information.

She took all the information and provided a solution to all concerns. She also did a wonderful recap of the entire contact.

Yesterday was my first time ever calling airfare.CheapOair.com for air tickets to India from Boston, MA, USA. I was very impressed and happy for the service I received from your rep, Davy, for the specific reservation and dates I was looking for. My debit card was declined and Jim stayed on the phone with me while I worked through the problems with my bank. He then rebooked the flights that had lapsed back into inventory. He was so patient and really went the extra mile to make sure the booking was complete. I expected that I would be told to call back later, when my banking problems were resolved. This is to recognize the extraordinary help provided to us by your agent Percy. We had a situation when Air India and Delta Air Lines changed their flight schedules; we were scheduled to fly from Richmond to Delhi and back. Because of the change in schedules and cancellations by the air lines our connections were not possible. Percy put an extraordinary effort to make sure that we get the correct flight schedules and also do not get penalised for change of schedule as the change was involuntary on our part.

I have made a reservation on your website with booking number 776480 a few days ago and there has been repetitive issues with my credit card so the first attempts to charge it did not go through. I spoke with different representatives and very early this morning, I had a chance to talk to Petra to strainghten out the issues with my credit card and purchase a ticket for a much-anticipated holiday trip. Petra have rendered an exceptional service to me that I have never encountered ever before.

She is a true example a professional cs representative. She was very patient, courteous and worked in my best interest. We do not encounter an excellent cs representative like her and when we do, they deserve to be recognized and commended. Your staff, Jewel, really helped me out with a fine deal. It is sad that I was not able to finally book through her as I had to later go through an agent in the city. But what she did was to ease my tension of getting a ticket, and in a decent fare, at a peak time - all worst possible situations!

What I appreciate so much is that despite the fact that she worked so hard, I could not make out any impatience on her part - and even though I was not able to buy the ticket from her, she did not blame me at all - a very positive attitude for serving customers. I know that I will want to get my next bookings through her.

I would like to take the time to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation, first to the representative who assisted me, whose name was Perry. Secondly, to you, airfare.CheapOair.com, the company for a most obvious outstanding customer service training. On Friday, November 16, 2007 I made reservations for two of my daughters to fly in on Thanksgiving day itself, only to realize minutes later as I was giving them the itinerary, that I had clicked on the wrong departure time. To my horror, I realized that I had chosen 6:45p.m. instead of 6:00a.m.; by the time they got in, Thanksgiving dinner would have long been eaten, dishes washed and put away. Anyway, I decided to call right away to see if anything could be done since it was about 10 minutes later when I discover the error.

In my opinion, Perry went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with my travel arrangements. By the time I got through to someone (which did not take very long), the ticket had already generated. It actually took a couple of hours to sort through everything, but not once did he appear impatient or frustrated (even though I most certainly was). I have used other services before and have not received the level of service with most of them as I did with Perry. Anyway, because of him, my family and I will have a most enjoyable holiday.

On Saturday, November 3, 2007 I called your company because the night before I booked my mother's tickets incorrectly. I had the wrong departure date. I was a bit flustered and wasn't making much sense to what I needed to change regarding my tickets.

Alan was the representative that was helping me. This gentleman was so kind and patient with me. We cancelled my old booking and he spent over an hour searching new flights for me, to find me the best deal. He never once seemed frustrated or irritated with me (though I'm sure he was.I would have been!). His helpfulness and professionalism were superb. I haven't had that level of customer service in years.
